1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility

3Account Registration

Creating an SD777 account is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile phone number and to create a secure password. By providing this information you confirm that all details are accurate and up to date. SD777 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SD777 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. SD777 strongly recommends enabling all available security features, including SMS-based login verification, on your account.

All transactions, bets, and game activity conducted using your SD777 account credentials are treated as authorised by you unless you have notified SD777 of a security breach by contacting support@sd777.im immediately upon becoming aware of it.

4Deposits and Payments

• Deposit funds ownership: You confirm that all funds deposited into SD777 are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Deposit failures: If a deposit transaction fails after funds leave your payment account but before crediting SD777, contact support@sd777.im immediately with your transaction reference number.
• No third-party deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. SD777 will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.

5Withdrawals

Registered SD777 players may withdraw their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. SD777 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently for all Pakistani players.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to two hours during business hours.
• Same-method rule: SD777 will normally process withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Identity verification: SD777 may request identity documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players are advised to respond to verification requests promptly to avoid delays.
• Pending bets: Funds that form the stake for an active, unsettled bet are not available for withdrawal until that bet settles.

6Bonuses and Promotions

7Sports Betting Rules

SD777 offers sports betting on cricket, football, and 30+ other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform by Pakistani players:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once SD777 has confirmed acceptance and it appears in your bet history. Bets submitted during a system error or connectivity failure are not guaranteed to be recorded.
• Minimum bet: Rs 200 per selection across all sports markets at SD777.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time you click a selection may change before your bet slip is confirmed. SD777 will notify you of any odds change in the bet slip confirmation screen.
• Settled odds: Bets are settled at the odds accepted at the time of placement, not the odds at the time of settlement.

• Obvious errors: SD777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error (for example, odds of 100.00 on a strong favourite). Such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. SD777 may suspend live markets at any time during a match. Bets placed after an event's outcome is known will be voided.
• Accumulators: All legs of an accumulator must win for a payout. One void selection in an accumulator causes that leg to be removed and the accumulator to continue with the remaining legs.

8Casino and Arcade Game Rules

SD777 casino and arcade games include Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Fishing Games, and Crash Games. The following rules apply to all game activity:

• RNG certification: All SD777 casino games operate on independently verified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, player account history, or any external factor.
• Minimum stake: Minimum stake amounts are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game round, SD777 will credit the player's stake back to their PKR wallet. Partial game rounds affected by a malfunction are voided.
• Crash Games: In Crash Games, the multiplier at which you cash out determines your return. If you fail to cash out before the crash, your stake is lost. SD777 is not responsible for missed cash-out opportunities due to a player's own connectivity issues.
• Fishing Games: Fishing Games offer skill-and-luck gameplay where in-game currency translates to PKR winnings. All payout ratios are published within the game and do not change during an active session.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SD777 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Any agreement between two or more players to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game at SD777.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets at SD777 using non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement intended to fix a result.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting technical errors to claim promotional benefits beyond those intended by SD777.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your bank or mobile payment provider after depositing funds at SD777. All chargeback disputes are investigated and may result in legal action.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with SD777 games without prior written authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using SD777 to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of illegal activity. SD777 monitors all transactions and reports suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.

10Account Suspension and Closure

SD777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email within 48 hours of the suspension.

If the investigation confirms a breach, SD777 may permanently close the account and forfeit any balance remaining. If the investigation determines no breach occurred, the account will be restored and any funds withheld during the suspension returned without interest.

• SD777 is not liable for any loss of profits or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or delays in bet acceptance caused by factors outside our control.
